Orders are generally personalized and shipped in less than 15 business days. "Best Way Shipping" is through the United States Post Office for a cost of $6.95. For "Expedited Rush Service" we can personalize and ship your items as quickly as possible.(2-7 maximum business days). An additional $5.00 is charged per item for this service.
Canadian Orders: The Keepsake Birth Pates are available for shipment to Canada. Because our embroidered items are not, our checkout page will not allow Canadian ship to/ bill to addresses. You may enter your order online, using our address (below) for the ship to/ bill to address, and then enter your billing and shipping address in the special request box on the checkout page. We will also be happy to accept the order via email or phone. Shipping will be via Canadian First Class Mail, No Rush available.
